MARGA YOGA DETOX THAILAND
Marga was created in 2009 to provide yoga classes, massage therapies and detox retreats, as well as yoga as a healing therapy for common ailments for all who live in or travel to Thailand.
For most people yoga is seen like something belonging to a young and flexible generation, not something they could practice. This is probably true if one thinks of a dynamic Ashtanga Yoga practice, including advanced postures which seem unthinkable to be able to move into.
Well, the good news is…..yoga is for everybody, from the young to the old, the flexible and the unfit, the healthy and the ones with various ailments.
At Marga, yoga classes are small and designed to fit the individual requirements.
Private yoga holidays and retreats as well as private detox retreats are organized in addition to the group retreats for locals as well as tourists to Thailand.
